After my commissioning job in Jinjiang City in 2009 I hoped for another trip to this exciting place, which has so many different things to explore and to offer. And my wish came true! It's been a great pleasure to experience the devoted work together with the warm hearted staff of Golden Crown company!

Guandi Miao Temple, Quanzhou
Guandi Temple in Quanzhou, Fujian
The "Guandi Temple" in Quanzhou is deticated to Guan Yu, a well-known military general and one of the best known historical figures in China. He played a significant role in the civil war that led to the collapse of the Han Dynasty. In the Western world, Guan Yu is sometimes also called the Taoist God of War.

Qing Jing Mosque, Quanzhou
Qing Jing Mosque in Quanzhou, Fujian
The "Qing Jing Mosque" , also called "Al Ashab Mosque", is the oldest extant mosque in China, and the only one in Quanzhou to survive into the 20th century. The middle-eastern-style gate and worship hall were both part of the original Song Dynasty building, erected back in the year 1009!!

Confucius Temple, Quanzhou
Confucius Temple in Quanzhou, Fujian
The "Confucius Temple" in Quanzhou is a typical combination of temple and school and is one of the most well-preserved Confucius temples in China. Every year before school begins, parents with children will pay respect to the statue of Confucius for a good education for their kids in the new semester.
